Job Title: Front Desk Intern

Location:  Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, and direct calls to staff, route incoming paper work to appropriate staff.

  1. Maintain a professional and personable demeanor while working with colleagues, management and support staff.
  2. Update and maintain client information and program tracking.
  3. Accurately document all activities. Notify appropriate supervisor and/or manager of any critical incidents of emergencies
  4. Offer support services to other staff.
  5. Research on trends and news daily and prepare newsletter for the organization

 

 Requirements

  • BSc graduate awaiting NYSC or currently serving
  • Female. Must be presentable.
  • Must reside in Lagos. (Preferably axis that are close to the Island e.g., Lekki, Ajah, Yaba, Iyanoworo, Surulere etc)
  • Must have excellent communication skill.
  • Must be smart and industrious.

 

Job Title:  Business Development Personnel (Upstream)

Location:  Lagos

Job Category:  Oil and Gas

 

Summary

  • The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, registering the organization with IOCs, NOCs and OEMs, vendor selection and management
  • It also involves ensuring customer satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income and providing value for clients.

 

Job Description

  1. Ensuring customer satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income and providing value for clients.
  2. Identifying, recommending and generating new business opportunities, negotiating and managing relationships with tactical partners in line with corporate goals.
  3. Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships
  4. Develop and implement tactical strategies for enhancing business growth
  5. Actively participate in bidding and ensuring that all bids are won
  6. Initiate partnership and relation with OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers) that will provide the required services.
  7. Sourcing and securing partnership deals with OEMs.

 

Required Skills / Qualifications

  1. B.Sc in related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience in Upstream Business Development is required.
  3. Candidates should have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for the key markets.
  4. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  5. Strong networking and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

 

 

Job Title:  Accountant

Location:  Lagos

Job Description

  1. Summarizes the organization’s current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements and other reports.
  2. Maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledger accounts, bank reconciliation analysis and audit / reconciliation of accounts of the organization.
  3. Ensuring deductions and prompt remittance of necessary schedules and various statutory deductions i.e VAT, PAYEE, CIT, pension Fund etc.
  4. Carry out monthly closing and account analysis in the finance department.
  5. Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of financial reports and data, and prepares subsequent narrative analysis for management.
  6. Payroll administration and preparation of monthly sales reports for analysis.
  7. Develop and consolidate the departmental and organization’s budget.
  8. Periodic audit of departmental processes.
  9. Monitor compliance in line with accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
  10. Develops, maintains and implements financial internal controls, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting or related discipline
  • ICAN, ACA or ACCA certification is required. Candidates in-view will be considered.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience / knowledge in Financial Reporting, Taxation and IFRS is required.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • The ideal candidate is one who has a wholistic Accounting experience and is very conversant with Financial Reporting, Taxation and IFRS.

 

Job Title:  Executive Driver

Location:  Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The ideal Driver is someone with experience driving Top Executives in Organization(s).
  2. Driving the Executive in pursuit of his functions and other personal logistics duties.
  3. Supervise maintenance of the company and Executive’s car

 

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years professional driving experience.
  • Must have experience driving top Executives/Manager in Organization(s).
  • Must be able to drive Manual.
  • Must not be more than 45 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside in Lagos. (Preferably axis that are close to the Island e.g., Lekki, Ajah, Yaba,Iyanoworo, Surulere, e.tc).

     Salary: N70, 000 monthly (Net).

 

Job Title:  Entry Level Business Development

Location:  Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
