Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will be in charge of overseeing activities in the company and ensure team members are performing effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the company
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Attend meetings and scheduling appropriate staff team building sessions.
- Ensure budget and resources are well allocated.
- Recommend ways to improve company brand
- Stay updated on current recruiting procedures
- Assist with the recruitment activities
- Create and update all client’s records
- Implement actions that improve the team members
- Promote our brand and its services at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Develop strategies and tactics to advertise our company
- Build good business relationship between the company and its clients
- Identify the needs of our clients and provide solutions
- Supply clients with necessary information about our services
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Great networking abilities
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
- Good attention to details.
- At least 5 years proven experience as manager in related field
- Knowledge of recruitment and marketing is very necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Ability to work independently and reliably
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
