INEC Begins Posting of Adhoc Staff to Polling Unit
To enable them to confirm their availability for the general election and to identify the location or polling unit they are sent to, INEC has begun sending emails to all applicants for INEC Adhoc personnel recruitment. Additionally, this post includes a link where you can confirm your availability on election day. Details can be found below.
INEC Begins Posting of Adhoc Staff to Polling Unit
According to INEC, the form is designed to enable successful applicants to confirm their availability and readiness for deployment for the forthcoming 2023 General Elections in their States of residence, as indicated in their application.
One way to access the INEC recruitment availability and deployment form is by checking your email as used during the registration. The mail could be found in either an inbox or a spam folder.
Below is the sample of the mail that INEC sent out:
“Dear Applicant,
Your application to participate as an Ad hoc staff during the 2023 General Election has been received. You are required to fill out the attached Google form link to indicate your availability for the training and possible deployment.
Candidates who did not receive the message above can access the Deployment and availability form through a Web link below.

Requirements for filling the Posting / Deployment and Availability Form
- Candidates must have applied for the Ad hoc Staff recruitment.
