4. A recent and clear plain background passport photograph not larger than 50KB

6. A valid means of identification (Staff ID No./ Student ID No)
7. An NYSC Call up Number for former corps members
8. Possess a university degree
9. Be a computer literate
10. May be a serving civil servant
11. May be a final year student of any Federal or State Tertiary Institutions.
12. May be a Diploma holder from any higher institution.
13. Previous knowledge of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) will be an added advantage
14. Previous experience(s) on the job will be an added advantage.
