Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for limited vacancies for 2022/2023 Houseman ship/Internship at the 661 Nigerian Air Force Hospital, Ikeja in the following medical fields:

Medicine
Pharmacy
Medical Laboratory Science
Physiotherapy
Optometry

Requirements for NAF Houseman ship/ Internship Training Recruitment 2022

Candidates applying for houseman ship must possess the following:

Medical Doctors

i. Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or its equivalent from a recognized institution. ii. Provisional registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.

Pharmacist

i. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) or its equivalent from any recognized institution.
ii. Provisional Certificate of Registration from the Council.

Medical Laboratory Science

i. Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Provisional Certificate of Registration from the Council.

Physiotherapy

i. Bachelor of Physiotherapy or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Provisional Certificate of Registration from the Council.

Optometry

i. Doctor of Optometry or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii. Provisional Certificate of Registration from the Council.

Methods of Application

Application forms are obtainable free of charge at the following centres:

461 NAF Hospital Kaduna.
661 NAF Hospital Ikeja.

Completed application forms, with written application together with relevant documents are to be submitted at any of the 2 centres mentioned above on or before 10 November 2022. Candidates are requested to affix one passport photograph to the application form. Shortlisted candidates would be invited via SMS for selection interview at above mentioned centres.

Successful candidates will be expected to work at 661 NAF Hospital Ikeja, Lagos only for the period of one year House Officers/interns and would be paid salaries according to current scale approved by the Federal Government.

Note: During the period, House/interns are expected to work under appropriate consultants/ specialists and abide by the civil Successful candidates will be expected to work at 661 NAF Hospital Ikeja, Lagos only for the period of one year House Officers/interns and would be paid salaries according to current scale approved by the Federal Government
